Netball Friendlies

Image
Last week we played some friendlies against James Oglethorpe. The first quarter started well with a great defence.  Before long, we were scoring and taking control of the game.  Our team remained strong throughout and it resulted in us winning 10-4.  Well done to our team!  A special mention to Mateo, Amaya, Lily-Rose and Evie for their strong defence. Also a huge well done to Isabelle for scoring 8 out of 10 points.  Our team did an amazing job and all of their work from the past five months paid off. Well done Squirrels!

Year 6 at Queens Hospital

Image
Today we visited Queens Hospital where we got the chance to participate in lots of exciting activities. We used cameras and tools to extract things from inside models, learned about CPR and had a go ourselves on the teaching models and got to create our own smoothies using a bike! Take a look at the photos of all the fun we had.
