Year 6 - Last term at Squirrels Heath Junior!

Our Year 6 children have been all working incredibly hard this year. All this hard work put them in good stead to tackle their SAT's tests a few weeks ago. All the children did their very best and we would like to congratulate them once again on their commitment and effort they have put in - you should all be every proud of yourselves!

The hard work doesn't stop there though! They are now focused on producing some more fabulous pieces of writing that will all go towards their final results which they will receive in July!

PGL Week

Children are now looking forward to their Year 6 residential trip to PGL Liddington in Wiltshire where they will take part in activities ranging from canoeing and climbing, to raft building and various team challenges! It is always a fantastic week where the children get the opportunity to try many new things.

For the children who remain at school - they don't miss out! They too will be trying out climbing and abseiling at Mile End Climbing Wall and Ten Pin Bowling as well as working with instructors from Premier Sport and the Sports Collective. Either way the children are usually exhausted by the end of the week - the staff certainly are!
