Healthy Snack Stall

The School Council will be running the healthy stall at break time every Friday. All profits raised will be used for the benefit of the children, with the Student Council deciding how the money is spent. The healthy snack stall will run every Friday from the 13th September.

There is a target chart outside Palm classroom detailing how much money has been raised each week. The current total is £460, which the children are really proud of.

We are doing this so that pupils:
Have an opportunity to work together towards a common goal
Develop their leadership skills
Realise that they can make a difference
Learn how to plan and budget
Have the opportunity to enjoy healthy snacks





The School Council are working really hard on this project and would really appreciate your support. The price of a small carton of fruit juice is 30p and a piece fruit is 20p (50p for both). Any donations of long-life fruit juice would be greatly appreciated. Please send donations to the Office.

What a great first day at Stubbers

After lunch, we all started our first activities. We all got to go on a climbing wall, with many of us reaching the top. We also got to try open canoeing or double kayaking, even though it was meant to be fairly dry activity many of us managed to get nice and wet. After our activities we found our tents for the next couple of days and then had our dinner, it was a very tasty bolognaise with fruit for pudding.  We are now waiting for our evening activity, the mini Olympics, then time for some well earned rest.  We will keep you updated in the morning. A great start to Stubbers

 It has been a great start to our adventures at Stubbers!  We went on a nature trail around a large lake, that we will be using later on today for water sports activities. We even managed to find some exciting equipment to play on along the way.  We are now eating our lunch, and getting ready for the fun this afternoon.  Keep checking for exciting updates!

Another exciting morning at Stubbers

 This morning, we have been able to try out lots of new activities, including paddleboarding, a team challenge, archery and combat archery. Everyone has got involved and had great fun.  I am sure that everyone is looking forward to their lunch and their afternoon activities   We will keep you updated later on, remember keep checking in!
