A great VE Day interview by Erin in year 3.

Today I was so impressed with Erin's (3 Poplar) interesting and imaginative piece on V.E. Day that I felt I must share it. She has chosen to conduct an interview with her Great Nan who celebrated the first V.E. Day as a young woman in 1946. In doing this, Erin has shown not only a sensitivity to the primary sources which are used as part of historical research but in preparing questions which are both relevant and informative for her interview, she has demonstrated research skills which are well beyond her years. All this is in addition to the technical aptitude and creativity she has shown in this impressive piece of work. Well done Erin. This is outstanding.
