PE in Year 4...personal 60 second challenges!

 In year 4, we are doing 60 second challenges for running, push ups, toe to sky taps, star jumps, arm circles, mountain climbers, sit ups, shoulder taps and high knees. 

Each week we try to beat our old score, and work hard to improve our fitness...although the press ups and sit ups are really tricky!


Hopefully by half term we will have mastered all of them...


We are also starting our skipping challenge later this week! Every child in the school Is getting their own skipping rope to master the skill!
