Creating sketch maps in Year 4.

 Unfortunately our planned trip to the field had to be cancelled as the field was far too wet to be used.  This however did not mean that the fun had to end and all the children were able to create a sketch map of the local area.  The children found it very enjoyable to look at maps of the local area and use Google Maps to explore more closely our surroundings.  Many children had fun finding their own homes on Google Maps.
