Squirrels Heath Junior School

                                              FROZEN KINGDOMS Today Year 6 took a trip to the frozen continents of the Arctic and Antarctic, using a variety of ideas and feelings through voice, movement, role play and drama🦭.  They explored the characteristics of the landscape and inhabitants, both animal and human.  They also looked at the serious impact that modern life is having upon these areas of our world🐳❄️  

 In Art & Craft club we have been working on resistance painting, using both wax and templates.  We hope you like our pictures, especially the squirrel template resistance paintings, with sponges for National Squirrel Appreciation Day, which was on Tuesday 21st January.
