Reception enjoy a special story

This week, the Reception children enjoyed a special story session with the famous author, Julia Donaldson. We logged onto the computer and enjoyed watching her reading her story 'Jonty Gentoo'. The story was about the adventures of a Gentoo penguin who travelled from the North Pole to the South Pole to find new friends.

The children have enjoyed re-reading the story again during story time and looking at the book in the reading area with their friends.
