Crooks and Books in Reception!
This week we had a visiting Drama Workshop. We had to save the toys from a baddie who was trying to get rid of toys forever!
On Thursday it was World Book Day. We had lots of fun dressing up as book characters as well as the teachers! We watched an online story called "The Flower Thief" and drew the signs of Spring on our whiteboards. We were really good at guessing the titles of stories from their clues in the book quiz too.
At the end of the day we shared books with year 3 and 4 classes which was very exciting. What a fantastic day we had! We are entering a National Book Token drawing competition. The winner will have their drawing used for next year's World Book Day Book Tokens. You never know, it be one of us!
