Celebrating Black History Month

This month we are celebrating Black History Month at Squirrels Heath Primary School and we have enjoyed assemblies to share the importance of this across the school. Each key stage shared an assembly about the significance of Black History Month and learnt about why it is important to us.

We will be learning about this year's theme which is 'Honouring our Communities' in discussions and lessons across the school.
