Year 5 - We are Lawyers!

This week, we have become lawyers for Edmund. Last week, the children interviewed him and wrote persuasive speeches to either defend or prosecute Edmund. What you are seeing below are the children presenting their speeches using their oracy skills. We set the room out as a court and each child had time to practise their speech, using presentational skills. They questioned witnesses, presented evidence and came to the ruling that Edmund, was in fact, guilty of treason. We were so impressed!
